The goal of the project is to improve the competitiveness of the Spanish aquaculture sector through the development, standardization and implementation of functional diets and healthy diets enhancing the general condition of the animal as well as its resistance to stress situations and potential infectious agents during the phases of the culture cycle. Also is planed that the mentioned diets will improve the quality of the final product, other than effects of growth promoters.
