The BIOSCALD project aims to develop a new alternative for control of superficial scald and black spot on pear. It aims to develop new sustainable conservation and economic systems that combine innovative technologies regarding regulation of ethylene and use of edible coatings and bioactive that provide added value to the product in accordance with the new European regulation.
